  • PAN card or passport details (required under RBI guidelines for international bookings).
  • Government-issued ID (Aadhar, driving license, etc.) for contactless hotel check-ins.
  • Covid-19 vaccination status or certificates where needed for travel purposes or offers.

Zoozle ensures that any sensitive documents (bank statements, ID cards, vaccination certificates) are redacted before being processed or shared with authorized third parties. We do not share this data without user consent, unless legally required (e.g., court order or law enforcement request).

Implications of Withholding Information

In scenarios where essential personal data is not shared, Zoozle may not be able to confirm or fulfill your booking. This may result in cancellation, delays, or the inability to use specific services, especially in group bookings, international travel, or packages requiring medical or dietary accommodations.

Sharing with Third Parties
